3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations issued by GEBR SCHRODER GMBH (PTY) LTD are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to supplier costs, availability, or scope variations.

Orders are only considered confirmed once:

  • A written confirmation is received, and

  • Any required deposit or payment terms are met

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is communicated transparently at quotation stage. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms

  • Late payments may result in delayed service delivery

  • Outstanding balances may incur interest or collection costs

Ownership of supplied goods remains with the Company until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Turnaround Times

Delivery and turnaround times are provided as estimates and may vary due to operational factors beyond our control. While we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by suppliers, logistics, force majeure, or client-related changes shall not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Approve designs, specifications, or documentation timeously

  • Ensure supplied content does not infringe third-party rights

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect client-provided information.

7. Quality Assurance and Warranty

We are committed to delivering products and services that meet professional standards. Where applicable, goods supplied may be subject to manufacturer warranties.

Claims regarding defects or service issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or correction at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
